Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Sticker Crafted Universe LLC (“we”, “us”) about the Drift & Stack game (“the game”). By using the game you accept them. If you are under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. The App Store or Google Play terms also apply; for Apple downloads, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies alongside these terms.
2. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The game, its art, music and code belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse-engineer or exploit it, except as the law allows.
3. Purchases and Bricks
- Purchases (such as Remove Ads and Rush Mode) give you a license to use that content in the game; they are not a sale of the content. They are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, including refunds, which they decide.
- You can restore one-time purchases from Settings → Restore purchases using the same store account.
- Bricks are earned by playing. They are not sold, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and may be adjusted if obtained through bugs or cheating.
- If you are under 18, get a parent’s or guardian’s permission before buying.
4. Online features and fair play
Usernames, avatars, titles and scores are visible to other players. You agree not to:
- choose a username that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone, or includes personal information such as real names, phone numbers, emails or links;
- harass other players or abuse friend requests or reports;
- cheat, modify the game, submit fake scores, or interfere with our servers.
We may filter or hide usernames, remove scores, and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. You can report or block any player from their player card.
5. Ads
The game is free and supported by ads from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.
6. Changes and availability
We may update the game, change or remove features, and update these terms. We will show the new effective date and, for material changes, tell you in the game. We do not promise the game or its online features will always be available.
7. Ending these terms
You can stop using the game and delete your data at any time (Settings → Delete account and data). We may end your access if you break these terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $10 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to rely on it.
