Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Sticker Crafted Universe LLC ("we", "us") for your use of the Corgi Voyage game (the "Game"). By playing, you agree to them. If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except where the law allows), resell or distribute the Game, or use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with it.
2. Coins, boosters and other virtual items
- Coins, boosters and other in-game items are a limited license to use content inside the Game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or real goods, and cannot be transferred between players.
- Consumable items (coins, boosters, bundles) are used up in play. "Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase that can be restored on your other devices using the same store account.
- Your progress and consumable items are stored on your device. If you delete the Game or its data without a device backup, they cannot be recovered; purchases of "Remove Ads" can always be restored.
- We may adjust the Game's economy and content as the Game evolves, without reducing items you have already bought.
- You are buying a license, not ownership. When you "buy" coins, boosters or Remove Ads, you receive a limited license to use them in the Game, which ends if these terms end or the Game is discontinued. Where the law requires, we will give reasonable notice before discontinuing the Game.
2A. Players under 18
If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you need a parent's or guardian's permission to make purchases. The app stores' family tools (for example Apple Ask to Buy and Google Family Link) may require a parent to approve each purchase, and where the law requires it the store collects parental consent before the Game can be used.
3. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and prices are shown in the store before you confirm. Refund requests are handled by the store you purchased from under its policies and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.
4. Ads
The Game shows ads. Optional reward videos give the in-game rewards described before you watch; rewards are granted only when a video is completed and the ad network reports it. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising uses data.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Game running well, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, change or discontinue features. Some features (ads, purchases) need an internet connection.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory protections.
