Where is my progress saved?
On your device. There is no account, so if you delete the game your progress goes with it, unless your device backup restores it.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings in the game and tap Restore purchases. Remove Ads comes back on any device signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account. Coins and boosters are used up in play, so they are not restored.
How do I turn off ads?
Buy Remove Ads once in the shop. Banners and between-level ads stop for good. Optional reward videos stay available if you want the bonus.
Why does the game ask for my birth year?
Only to keep ads right for your age. The game stores an age range on your device and never the year itself. In some places the App Store or Google Play provides the age range instead.
How do I change my privacy and ad choices?
In the game, open Settings and tap Privacy choices (shown where it applies). On iPhone you can also change tracking in iOS Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking.
How do I turn off the daily reminder?
Open Settings in the game and switch off Daily gift reminder, or turn off notifications for Corgi Voyage in your device settings.
I can't hear any sound.
On iPhone, check the ring/silent switch: the game follows Silent mode. Then check that Sound effects and Music are on in the game's Settings.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings and tap Delete my data. It erases everything the game stores on your device and resets your privacy choices. To delete the data our partners hold too, see Delete your data.
