Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Corgi Voyage is published by Sticker Crafted Universe LLC ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, contact us at appsupport@stickercrafteduniverse.com.

2. Information stored on your device

The game saves your progress (levels, coins, boosters, collected postcards, settings, tutorial progress and a record of purchases already delivered) in the app's private storage on your device. It is not sent to us. If your device's own backup is turned on, your operating system may include this save in your personal backup.

Age. When you first open the game we ask for your year of birth. It is used only on your device to work out an age range (under 13, 13–17, or 18 and over). Only that range is stored. It decides whether the game shows ads (18 and over) and offers purchases (13 and over); see section 5. We never store or transmit your year of birth.

Age signals from the app store. Where a law makes the app store responsible for age checks (for example the app store accountability laws of Utah, Texas and Louisiana, California's Digital Age Assurance Act, and Brazil's Digital ECA), the game instead asks the Apple App Store (Declared Age Range) or Google Play (Play Age Signals) for your age range and, where it applies, whether a parent has approved. We receive only an age range such as "13–15", never your birth date or identity documents. It is kept on your device, used only to give you an age-appropriate experience and to comply with those laws, and it is never sold or used for advertising profiles. If you choose not to share your age where the law requires it, the game treats you as under 13.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Ads are for players 18 and over only. Players under 18 and players with no age answer see no ads, and the game does not start the ad software or the consent tool for them.

We use Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited, to show banner, between-level and optional rewarded video ads. When an ad is requested, Google may collect and process:

• device identifiers such as the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking; Android advertising ID), and app-set identifiers;
• your IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
• device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version) and ad interaction data (for example, that an ad was shown or tapped);
• diagnostic and performance data used to deliver ads, measure them and prevent fraud.

Where required by law (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and in US states with privacy laws), Google's consent tool asks for your choices before personalized ads are shown, and you can change them at any time in Settings > Privacy choices. On iOS, ads only use your advertising identifier if you allow tracking in the system prompt; you can change this in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the system settings.

If you buy Remove Ads, banner and between-level ads stop; optional reward videos remain available only if you choose to watch them.

4. Purchases (Apple, Google and RevenueCat)

Purchases are for players 13 and over only. Players under 13 and players with no age answer cannot buy anything, and RevenueCat does not run for them.

Purchases are paid through the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never receive your payment card details. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to verify purchases with Apple and Google and to restore them. RevenueCat processes the purchase receipt or token, the products bought and their dates, your storefront country and currency, and a random app user ID created on your device (not linked to your name or email). We have configured it not to collect advertising identifiers. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

5. Children and teens

Corgi Voyage is a game for a mixed audience. Children, teens and adults can play it. When you first open the game, we ask for your year of birth. We keep only an age range (under 13, 13 to 17, or 18 and over) on your device. We do not keep or send your year of birth. If you do not answer, or if the app store tells us you are under 13, we treat you as under 13.

Under 13, and players with no age answer:

• The game shows no ads.
• The game offers no purchases.
• The game does not start the ad software (Google AdMob), the consent tool, the tracking prompt, or our purchase service (RevenueCat). No advertising ID is read or sent.
• We do not collect personal information from these players. The game never asks for a name, email address, photo, location or phone number. Your progress stays on your device.

13 to 17: The game shows no ads. Purchases are possible through Apple or Google. We do not start the ad software or the consent tool for these players.

Parents and guardians. If you think a child under 13 gave us personal information, or entered a wrong age, email appsupport@stickercrafteduniverse.com. We will help you delete it. Within the game, Settings > Delete my data erases everything the game stores on the device, except your age range (see section 7).

7. Your choices and rights

• Privacy choices: Settings > Privacy choices (shown where it applies) lets you review or withdraw consent and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under US state laws.
• Tracking: managed by iOS and Android system settings as described above.
• Delete your data: Settings > Delete my data erases everything the game stores on your device, except your age range (a band such as under 13, 13 to 17, or 18 and over; never your birth year), and resets your privacy choices. Uninstalling the game also removes it. To delete the purchase record RevenueCat holds, use Settings > Contact support (the email includes the Support ID shown in Settings) and we delete it within 30 days. • Rights requests: depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or California and other US state laws) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. Because we do not hold your data on our servers, most requests are fulfilled by the in-game tools above; for data held by Google or RevenueCat, use their tools linked above, or contact us and we will help.
• You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We do not sell personal information for money. Personalized advertising through AdMob may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some US state laws; you can opt out as described above.

7A. Notice for US state residents

This section applies to residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island and any other US state with a comprehensive privacy law.

We do not collect precise geolocation, contacts, photos, health data or other sensitive personal information, and we do not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Retention is described in section 8.

• Opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising: Settings > Privacy choices (Google's consent tool) or, on iOS, by not allowing tracking. Players under 18 are opted out automatically.
• Access, correct, delete, portability: Settings > Delete my data, or email us. We respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days where the law allows) and may need to confirm the request relates to your device.
• Authorized agents may submit requests for you with your written permission.
• Appeals: if we decline a request, reply to our decision with the word "Appeal" and we will respond within the period your state law sets (usually 45 or 60 days). If you disagree with the outcome, you may contact your state Attorney General.
• No discrimination: exercising your rights never changes the price of purchases or the game you get.
• California "Shine the Light": we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.

8. Retention

Data on your device is kept until you delete it or uninstall the game. Google and RevenueCat keep data according to their own retention policies (linked above).

9. International transfers and security

Our partners may process data in the United States and other countries, using safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. All network traffic from the game uses encrypted connections, and your local save is integrity-protected.

10. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the game.
